Simply contact us at info@intrinsicblends.com within 30 days of your original purchase, and we will e-mail you a prepaid postage label for you to use when returning your product. Once received, a refund will be issued, and a notice of the transaction will be e-mailed to you. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the credit to show up on the credit card used for your purchase.
Aromatherapy products are not eligible for refunds unless the product arrives damaged or you did not receive the item you ordered. See below for damaged or incorrect products.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In circumstances like this, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
CANCELING RECENT ORDERS
Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of our receipt and acceptance of the order. If you made a mistake when placing your order, please call us as soon as you notice the error so that we can correct your order before shipping.
